The Room:
Spacious double bedroom in a well-proportioned second-floor flat. The room comfortably fits a double bed, chest of drawers and desk if needed. Large window allowing plenty of natural light. Neutral décor, ready for you to make it your own.

The Flat:
Two-bedroom flat located on Dunbar High Street. Approximately 750 sq ft with a large living/dining room, separate fully equipped kitchen which will be brand new by the time you move in (included mock up), bathroom with bath and shower, and large hallway. The flat has great natural light throughout and a practical layout with good storage. Walking distance to the train station, local shops, cafes and the beach. Easy commute to Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

I have just moved into this flat in March 2026 so occasionally I would like to do a bit of decorating so please keep this in mind. I am however someone who when they start a job, wants to get it finished asap.

Your bills are included in your rent (council tax, gas, electricity, internet). The flat is well maintained and will be kept clean and comfortable.

Your Roommate:
I’m a full-time professional working locally. I’m friendly, respectful and easy to live with. I value a clean home environment, I enjoy a good chat and the occasional shared dinner or movie night with friends. I have two French Bulldogs (Arthur and Norris) so you must be a dog person. They are family dogs and will only be in the flat if I’m in. If I’m out for work or longer periods of time, the pups will be with family. They are affectionate boys who love a cuddle on the couch but do partake in the occasional zoomie.

I enjoy running, cooking (Sunday roasts will be included), dog walks, a good Netflix binge, personal development, video games, reading, etc…

I don’t smoke and recently retired my drinking shoes (promise I’m still fun).

Ideally this will suited to another working professional.
