Double room - sole use of bathroom with shower

I am renting a double, furnished room with a TV, kingsize bed, built in wardrobes in a 5-bed house in East Linton. The room overlooks fields and is available Monday to Sunday with short to long term options available.

It's a friendly house with the female owner, one other female lodger and a cat. You will have full access to all the communal rooms in the house: large lounge, large kitchen and snug with all the mod cons, tv room, large garden, a double garage if you need storage, and a dining room.

Ideally located to Dunbar, North Berwick, Haddington and Gullane. Drem train station a 10-15 min drive and 35 mins into Edinburgh. Busses to Edinburgh, Dunbar, North Berwick and Haddington also operate from the village.

East Linton village has two pubs/restaurants, a post office and farm shop and a weekly farmers' market, Bostock bakery, co-op, butcher, deli, cafe and newsagents.

Smeaton tea rooms and garden centre is also in the village and there are lots of beautiful river walks to Hailes castle, Traprain Law, the John Muir Way and beyond. Tynninghame beach is a 10 minute drive away and a 35-40 minute drive into Edinburgh. Easily accessible to A1 and a 20 mins drive to Fort Kinnaird retail park.
