Hi, I am a female student. I have a double room available in my house and I am looking for a female student. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. A bus stop is a few minutes walk away and there are good bus links to Edinburgh City Centre, Queen Margaret University, and other local towns. There are lovely woodland and river walks nearby.

The house has a garden, and a balcony area outside your bedroom with a bench to enjoy the afternoon sun.

You would be sharing with myself and partner, and our little toy cockapoo who will love being your friend!

Your bedroom is fully furnished and there is a bathroom next door. The kitchen/dining room has a breakfast bar and a utility room leading to the back garden. Facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. We have Broadband, and all bills are included, excluding Council Tax (council tax band F).

The living room is a bright and relaxing space with doors to the balcony, lots of plants, a TV and a grand piano which you are welcome to play. You may find yourself sharing a sofa with our cockapoo!

This is a non-smoking home. Available for a term of minimum 3 months. Deposit £500.
