Sunny room in North Berwick

Hello :)

A lovely, sunny room is available in North Berwick, near the Law. The house is a two-storey building, with my flat located on the first floor accessed via a short flight of stairs to the entrance.
The flat comprises an entrance hall, kitchen, toilet, living room with a wood burner, two bedrooms, and front and back gardens with a polytunnel.
It is in a very accessible location, as the 124 bus to Edinburgh stops right outside the house. The station is about a 15-minute walk, and the train takes roughly 30 minutes to reach the city.
By car, it’s approximately a 40-minute drive to the city centre, and there is a parking space directly in front of the house.
I share the house with a lovely cat named Merlin! He is an adorable little feline and a feral hunter.

The rent is £300 per month, with a £300 deposit. Utilities, council tax, and broadband are not included. Council tax (band B) is about £120 a month, and broadband is £30 a month. These can be discussed during the viewing.

I’m looking for someone tidy that would look after and treat the room well.
I work all week, and I’m home mostly in the evening and at the weekend. I like the outdoors, Japanese culture/language, hiking, reading, making art and cooking. If we share any of these interests all the better, but not necessary!
