Doubleroom with bus links to Edinburgh City Centre

I have a double bedroom to offer for rent.

It's not a first come first served position, and I'm looking for someone who has lived in countryside before and happy with Gardening etc.

There is scope for other paid domestic work as well, so someone who has the time and willingness would be ideal! If you are into growing food, it would be ideal!

About the Accommodation:
Newly renovated double bedroom with underfloor heating.
Kitchen has a brand new Dishwasher and Washing Machine. A high end coffee machine, plate warmer, oven and a microwave.
Brand new bathroom with walk in shower.
Large beautiful Gardens to enjoy the country life. There is long driveway for private parking and an electric gate.

There is a bus stop right outside the cottage, and the buses go straight into the city centre. So commute from Edinburgh is also possible.

Bills are included in the price. (NOT council tax)

I work from home, so the days I'm in the country. I will always be there, but you have your own section of the property. And I am away from the country quite a lot as well.
