Family house on the Firth of Forth

We are a family of 4 living in a mid-19th Century house (converted from 2 fisherman cottages) directly on the Firth of Forth in Prestonpans, East Lothian. We are located on the John Muir Way. A peaceful location but well connected with 24 hour public transport (bus and train services) into Edinburgh and East Lothian.
There is free and safe off road parking.
The largest double bedroom is on the first floor. It is bright and newly decorated (with a new double bed) and fully furnished with built-in wardrobe and large chest of drawers and desk. The room is lockable. Downstairs there is a spacious bathroom (with bath, shower, basin and toilet) which is shared with one other (female).
There is a private entrance to the house with access to own patio area (suntrap in the afternoons).
The main shared areas include large living room with TV and wood-burning stove, kitchen/dining room and utility room (with washing machine, tumble dryer and larder freezer). The whole house is centrally heated.
All bills are included in the monthly rent.
For a couple sharing the double bedroom, the rent would be £700 per month.
This would probably suit a post-graduate student or professional person who would be looking to move on after an academic or, at most, a calendar year.
