Comfortable, pleasant double bedroom

A light pleasant room overlooking meadows situated on a residential cul de sac on the outskirts of Bridlington. 40 mins walk, 10 mins drive to the town centre.

The room is furnished with a bed settee topped with a double mattress, a small half-moon table, a chair, fitted wardrobes, and internet access included in the rent. There is street parking. Not included but available are laundry facilities £3.00 per wash and homemade meals £7.00 per day, cereals breakfast, sandwich crisps lunch, and cooked evening meal. Additional person as occasional guest at £8 per night

Working/studying need somewhere quiet, and comfortable to rest your head this could suit you.

We have pets 2 dogs and 2 cats. All four are friendly.

We have been renting this accommodation for 6 years, our current lodger has been with us for 22 mths but has chance of a new job in a new location.

I have had a great experience renting from Mary and Michael. They have been so kind ,and always quick to help whenever something came up. The place was well taken care of and they made everything super smooth from move in to move out. I have lived with them for nearly 2 years .Its so nice having a landlord who actually cares about their tenants .I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place.

You would be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and garden with us, we like to keep things clean and tidy and expect you to do the same, bath cleaned after use, pots and pans washed, and put away help with keeping shared areas clean.

We are a mature couple my husband and I are retired we are friendly and welcoming, we have raised a family all now grown up, we have had diverse careers that have developed a broad spectrum of interests and knowledge.

If you are not noisy, like to be comfortable, and are happy to keep your self, your room and shared spaces clean and tidy.

The cost per day for short term weekly rent will be slightly higher. Please contact me.
