Female looking for another female

I am a 26 yr old female. I am looking for another young female I can trust to live in my home and create a friendship with :) I will be away working or with my boyfriend, so you will barely be disturbed. You would have full access to the house, garden and garage, beside my one bedroom. You will have the main bedroom. My house is located in a quiet area in east hull, which is very close to the city centre. I have lived on my own there for 6 years with zero problems. Parking is available.

I am happy to keep all or parts of the home furnished. So your furniture is welcome. Your friends or family are welcome however within reason. No large gatherings. I do own an indoor cat however she will not be at the home. No large animals.

The bill does include tax, however Utilities and WiFi is not included and would be an extra charge, dependant on usage. Any damages made to the property or appliances by yourself will be replaced at your cost. However general wear and tear is expected and would be covered by myself.

Payments would be expected on the 1st of every month. A 1 month deposit will be needed which would be returned at the end of the contract :))
