The house is nicely refurbished neutral colours w natural wood. There is a garden with fruit trees and raised veggie beds outside. Available 1st Jun or possibly a bit earlier.
The house is located in the picturesque and friendly village of Barcombe w gorgeous countryside walks just out the door and Barcombe mills river down the rd. Has great schools, pub and post office shop. Local buses and cyclable distance to train station in Cooksbridge however having a car is highly recommended. Only 5mins drive to medieval town of Lewes with all amenities and 20/25 mins drive to Brighton in one direction and Ashdown Forest or Seaford Beach in other directions. There is a shared parking space on driveway included.
We are a clean living peaceful and independent household. Looking for someone with the right dynamic of friendliness, cleanliness and independence to share this home. Non smokers only and sorry no pets as we have a lovely cat already. Rent is lower than average as occassional looking after the cat is part of the deal.
