Quiet, lovely room part time 3-5 nights per week

We’re thinking of renting one of our guest rooms, but would prefer to rent part time. Thought this may suit someone working at Conquest Hospital though not limited to this - so putting it out there to see who is around!

We’re flexible at this point on the number of nights and time of the year e. g. if you go home for a longer period at certain times of the year.

Fantastic location, quiet with views, but only 5 minutes walk from Battle High Street. Similar walk to the bus stop (which goes to Conquest hospital) and 15-minutes walk to Battle Railway station. Parking is available on our drive. The bedroom pictured is at the back of the house and is quiet with views. The photo doesn't do it justice. It has a double bed, a desk, side tables and a wardrobe. You will need to share a bathroom. Most of the time, the only shower is by a 14-year old 7:30-08:00 weekday mornings but we can be flexible on this.

Your bedroom will be cleaned once a week with the rest of the house. Change of linens every 2 weeks.

We are a professional and friendly multi-racial family, English and Sri Lankan (Sinhalese) background. We have a 14-year old who lives at home. During university holidays, we do have 1-2 older ones in the house.

For a healthcare worker, professional person or mature student. Your main residence has to be elsewhere. Whilst you are welcome to keep some clothes etc within the bedroom, you can't bring your worldly possessions here, or be registered for council tax or voting etc.

Will need the ability to pay reliably and provide references.
