We have a large double room to rent in a spacious four bedroom family home on the borders of the South Downs National Park. We are on a main bus route (there is a bus stop just around the corner), we are close to the city centre and A27, and also to both universities. We are clean and tidy professionals with a 20 year old daughter studying social work and we enjoy relaxing of an evening. Our house is a harmonious one and we are looking for someone who would fit in with our lifestyle. We have two French bulldogs and a Maine Coon cat so need someone who is animal friendly. The room is rented with king size bed, fridge, chest of drawers, large wardrobe with cupboard and shelf space, bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror and storage, and we also have unlimited fibre broadband with a good signal. This is a quiet residential street with incredible views over Brighton and towards the sea, and there is free on street parking. The house has a good sized kitchen-diner with washing machine, and there is a bathroom with walk in shower. Bills are included in the rent and we would require one month’s rent upfront and a month’s rent as security deposit. We work on the premise that a month’s notice will be provided if the room is no longer required.
