Bright Double Room near Brighton Uni!

We have a spare double room in a house on Southall Avenue (opposite brighton uni but good bus links to Sussex uni). There are currently 3 of us, 2 girls and 1 guy and we all study at Sussex uni doing law, psychology and computer science. Our other housemate dropped out of uni hence the spare room. The room is on the downstairs (same as kitchen and living room). It comes with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and side unit and is a really bright room. We have a newly refurbished kitchen, driveway for 2/3 cars and free street parking and 1 decent bathroom and a separate toilet. All rooms come with keys to lock. We're all chill, clean and easy to get along with. The cost is £660.75 a month which includes all bills and wifi! It's managed by Coapt so any problems are reported to them and fixed.
