Lovely room to rent in newly renovated 5-bed house

I, unfortunately, need to head home, after working in Brighton for 4 years, so am looking for someone to take my place in the house. I live with 4 friends, all working professionals (3 vineyard workers, and a physics teacher), so out of the house the majority of the time. They're all very sociable, like they're cooking, and just up for anything really. They're a lovely bunch, so I'm a bit gutted to leave. I'm looking to fill the room by the end of January 2022.

The room is a large, furnished, double bed sized room. Although there is no en-suite, there is a modern upstairs bathroom with shower, as well as a toilet downstairs. The house has a large, shared living area, and a spacious kitchen. You won't be short of room!!
Outside, there is a back yard, which is big enough for BBQ's in the summer.

Their is ample of street parking out the front, and a shop next door which is super handy.

Bills come to around £55 a month, on top of rent. The landlord requires a deposit of £505 also.
