The pictures and plants in the room are the last tenants. You're welcome to put up/in your own

Very quiet house. Shared use of Share large kitchen/diner, lounge, garden, bathroom, Bosch washing machine. with me, chickens and very cute moggy. You're welcome to use my stuff (pots pans, crockery etc).

This is available for couples but there will be an additional contribution to cover bills: this is negotiable depending on whether you're WFH, studying (council tax exempt).

Private experienced live in landlord, share with only one other and the aforementioned feline. Friendly, calm, respectful, kind house! Very quiet, arty House, lots of books, suit post graduate/post doc student over 35 please. Occasional shared .meal is lovely but you'll get lots of privacy. If you're a student all bills included. Otherwise extra £44 per month.

The area is very quiet and tranquil, and the downs is 200 yards away, for access to the South Downs way - you can walk to Lewes. It's 15 mins (by car or bike) to the centre of town and the sea, and served by the 48 bus stop, which stops outside the house and takes you to the centre, via Lewes Road. Aldi and Sainsburys are close by on the Lewes road.

There's free off street parking and room for your bike inside. Huge garden for summer. This is a queer and pet friendly property.

All bills included: gas, electricity, council tax, water, sewage and tv licence.

Contribution to wood/coal/fuel for the fire appreciated.
Share housework, unless we pay for a cleaner.

Long lets preferred- 3 month minimum. One month's deposit required once you've seen the room and the lodger agreement. I will need to check references please. For 3 month lets and couples it's a higher price.

Pets are possible - depending on what it is! I have a 1 year old neutered male cat and chickens.
