Currently 2 live here and we are looking for a female tenant to replace me
The house is kept quiet and tidy and new tenant should keep areas clean too
Current residents like to keep to themselves
You will be taking over the room on the first floor, pictured below

Appliances in the kitchen (microwave, kettle and toaster) belong to current residents so must be respectful
Kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer
Urgently needs new tenant and therefore I don’t mind keeping the bills in my name and paying them so you will only pay £135 a week :)
