URGENT!!!
My girlfriend is looking for someone to take over her tenancy in East Moulsecoomb.
The rent is £524 a month plus bills which are now going down to £87 from £100. Bills are with fused. UK Guarantor is necessary.
The room itself is the only room on the second floor- a really large room with views of Brighton (great for sunsets and sunrises). There is a bathroom on the second floor too which is right next to the bedroom. Again, the bathroom is very big.
The house also has a very large kitchen, with 3 undercounter fridges, a basement which has loads of storage as well as the washine machine, a dryer and the freezer. The garden is huge- ideal for bbq’s in the summer!
You’d be living with 4 really lovely and friendly girls- all students. 3 of them study pharmacy. They are all very chill, mostly hang out in their room but socialise when they’re free.
Please feel free to drop any questions below.
You’d need to be able to move in by end of March/beginning of april and the tenancy ends 16th August 2024!
