We are a professional couple (joe is in teacher training and Amie is a nursery manager).
We are offering a large, clean single bedroom for short term rent.
The room includes a sofa, tv and DVD player with some in-built wardrobe space.
You will have use of a shared kitchen and bathroom and access to a garage for bike storage if needed.
We do have a friendly cat so you must be pet-friendly.
