A newly built house and furnished double bedroom with a king bed. Room has the option to have a TV included should you require one. Use of shared newly fitted bathroom.
The house is a 6 bedroom detached house with lots of space that does have some internal decorating still going on.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area. The Train station is a 5 minute walk as is Hastings Direct, 10 minute walk to the seafront and 15 minutes to town.
The rent includes full use of the new large open plan kitchen dinning area with allocated cupboard, fridge and freezer space, Two lounge reception rooms and a large garden. There is a utility room with two washing machines, sink, tumble drier, ironing board and iron.
All bills and internet are included and house mates will be expected to be considerate in the use of utilities.
House mates will need to clean their rooms weekly and contribute to cleaning shared areas.
We are health care professionals looking to share with another professional.
Photographic ID and at least two references will be required from your current employer and landlord or equivalent.
There are 4 of us living here university term time and we have one cat.
