Bright Modern Single room with shared facilities

My spare room (currently in use as my temporary office) has been completely redecorated and refurbished with Sharps fitted units and a new bed/mattress. There is plenty of storage and would be a comfortable room for a single person who is happy to share all other facilities. I am looking for a tolerant, kind person who loves music and nature and, most importantly, loves cats
The total accommodation comprises bedroom (as described) and shared big bathroom with Jack & Jill doors, small modern kitchen with all appliances and a living/dining room with access to the sunny West-facing balcony. There is also a reserved parking space. Council Tax is band B but is included in the rent.
The flat is in a modern block with friendly residents and is 5 minutes from bus stops, doctor, corner shop, cafe & church, and 20 mins from the mainline station with direct links to Brighton, London and local coastal towns.
I am a lively non-binary 75 year-old with plenty of activities and connections within the local community. My cat is definitely in charge, but she's a sweet little rescue so not hard to love.
