The property is nearly finished and looking great, so we are advertising now in anticipation of welcoming the right housemates very soon.

This is not a party house. Everyone works, and we place a strong emphasis on mutual respect, privacy, and consideration for one another. Being kind and respectful is one of our core house values.

We have a cleaner every other week; however, all housemates are expected to clean up after themselves day to day—especially in shared areas like the kitchen—so everyone can comfortably use the space.
