Double furnished bedroom in large Bexhill house

Comfortable double bedroom in large, fully furnished, relaxed 3 floor Victorian house. On a quiet road close close to Bexhill station (easy commute to Hastings and Eastbourne) and 2 blocks from seafront and town centre with free on street parking and Fibre-optic broadband.

There are two of us here (and 1 occasional) and we are looking for a 3rd person. Being a bit mad is no disqualification!

You are looking for a home more than just a room. You must like my Jack Russel, be able and prepared to pull your weight in keeping the place clean and tidy and be able to hold an occasional conversation!

Respect and tolerance for others expected and given.

Shared lounge/dining room, TV room, kitchen and small conservatory. 3 bathrooms, 3 loos with a bath, an electric shower and an excellent power shower. Washing machine, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, coffee/espresso machines, microwave etc and pretty much everything else you need. Loads of space so not on top of each other. Shared garden with decking etc.

Generally busy people, we do our own thing but share meals, BBQs etc occasionally. This is NOT a hotel room. You should be relaxed and fun (some of the time at least!😂) and want a place to treat and respect like a home and not just a bed and a roof. Lodgers usually stay here long term (>2 years) unless their jobs take them away or they buy a place.
