Spare room available in a peaceful area of Bexhill, just a 4-minute walk from the sea and close to Bexhill station, with lovely coastal walks nearby.

The room is a good size (approx. 12’6 x 8’11), very bright with a large south-facing window.

The house is quiet and relaxed, with a large garden which is great if you enjoy being outdoors. I also have two Basenji dogs (a barkless breed), so an animal lover would be ideal. There is driveway parking available.

I’m looking for a mature, respectful, and easygoing person who would enjoy a peaceful home. I’d ideally prefer a female lodger, as I’m female myself.

Rent is £570 per month, including bills.

Available from 25th May (viewings welcome beforehand).
