Parking: Local area is permit parking from 2nd October 2017. Light touch scheme active from 11:00 - 12:00 and 18:00 - 19:00 weekdays only.

Bills are managed by landlord with Broadband + Wifi included. Each room includes £125 basic contribution to bills included in the rent. However tenants remain liable for all bills and utility usage. Therefore an additional contribution may be required during winter months to cover higher energy use.
