Double room in light and airy flat off Elm Grove

I have a double room available from 4th April 2020 in a lovely light and airy flat at the top of Elm Grove.

I am a friendly and sociable person looking for somebody calm and considerate to share the space with. This is not a party flat, it is very chilled out here, so looking for someone like minded.

If you are inquiring as a couple, unfortunately the flat is too small. There is also no pets allowed and you must be able to pay the stated amounts. So please do not message me if you fall into any of these categories.

I would be more than happy to consider Monday to Friday lets, where you would pay less than advertised (this would all be worked out fairly) In this instance, you would still need to sign with the agency for 6 months as I cannot sublet.
