Hello everyone 😊

We're looking for a 4th person to join us in our spacious shared house on Hartington Road, just off of Lewes Road and is available for a long term let and available to move in straight away.

Just a 30 minute walk to the seafront, with a Sainsbury's, Co-Op and ALDI practically on our doorstep and a bus stop into town at the bottom of the street. Also the quirky pubs of Hanover are just a stone throw away.

We're a friendly bunch, all in our 30/40s, and are all full-time working professionals, so we're kept busy and out of the house most days. We don't live in eachothers pockets, but occasionally socialise every now and then by going to a local pub quiz.

The house isn't a party hotspot, and that suits, but each of us have friends/family who pop around for a visit. The kitchen is a great spot for entertaining, with no smoking allowed in the house, but perfectly fine in the garden.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, respectable and clean. We do our own food shopping, but all chip in for house essentials, (toilet roll, hand soap, cleaning products, etc), This works for us and we plan to keep this current set up. We also all muck in with cleaning the shared spaces of the house and would expect the same with a new housemate.

It's a joint tenancy rather than individual HMO's. The rent is £560 a month and this includes council tax, with an additional £560 payment needed as a deposit. Bills come in at £67.50 a month, and this includes Electricity, Gas, Water, Wi-Fi and the few quid towards house essentials.
Close to local shops and bus routes:
- 3 Mins walk to nearest bus stop (Melbourne Street)
- 20 Mins walk to Station. 
- 30 Mins walk to Seafront.
