We are two female professionals looking for a third flatmate until 9th Jan. I'm Becky (30) and a maths teacher and Zsofi (27) works in retail as a BAA. We enjoy cooking, craft-making (not necessarily to a high standard), sharing wine, watching films/series, going out for drinks and dancing with friends.
The room is a small double, it's unfurnished. Rent is £400 per month and the bills are £80 a month (this includes toilet paper, cleaning products etc.).
Our flatmate has just moved out to go travelling and we are both moving out at the beginning of January. However, we have furnished the shared areas and we're happy to leave most things and help you find two new housemates so you can renew the contract with the agency.
