Central location, 10 mins from both Brighton & London Road stations. Just off Preston Circus, walkable to just about anywhere in Brighton.

2 people in residence (1 male, 1 female) - both young working professionals.
1 friendly black cat also in residence (currently unemployed).

Looking for clean (essential), friendly and considerate postgrad student or young professional to join mature house of 2. Preferably someone mellow, amiable, but also respectful of each others space. If you're looking for a calm, clean space with friendly housemates who get on well but also know when to keep to themselves, than this might be for you.

Large, open and tidy house. Communal kitchen, living room and conservatory - all v. comfortable and homey.
Kitchenware etc provided.
Washing machine available.
Back garden that is lovely in the summer.
No parking.

Small but cosy & sunny double bedroom available on ground floor of house, south-facing. View of the garden. Unfurnished, but huge built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space. Attic space also available for long-term storage.
Modern bathroom (amazing shower), to be shared with one other person - cleaning duties split between two of you.

Room available from December but flexible on move-in dates. Looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6 months.
Private, friendly landlady who actually fixes things. No agency involved.
No deposit - but first months rent upfront.
£500 per month including bills (inc. water, gas, electricity, wifi & council tax)
