We have a large double room to rent in our home from the 15th of December.
The price is £650 and includes all bills.
This is suitable for a foreign student or someone who needs to stay somewhere in central Brighton for three months. The length stay can be discussed and extended if we feel it is working out or for the right person.
The room is in our home and you will be sharing with me and my wife and our dog. We are looking for someone who is quiet and friendly and clean. We are both friendly and busy and work full time. As this is our home there are a few rules we would like to be followed so the room is more suited to a lodger situation rather than a housemate. There is all the facilities you need, your own fridge, kitchen space, washing machine, dryer. The room is fully furnished.
Both Brighton train station and London Road station are within walking distance and all the bus routes around the city are just steps away. The London Road is around the corner with all supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs/bars.
The deposit is £300.
