Flat with four slice toaster needs housemate

Bedroom for rent

I'm hoping to find an awesome flatmate to rent my spare room. The room is a medium, bright double room furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The flat is a good size and has a lovely living room with the best sofa ever (honest) and a little balcony. We'd be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom (which has a bath and a decent shower). In the kitchen we have all the usual stuff and a dishwasher (AND A FOUR SLICE TOASTER!!) When the building managers eventually get round to sorting it out there's also a shared roof garden.

We are right near London Road station and about ten minutes walk from Brighton station and fifteen minutes walk to the Laines. There is on street parking but you'll need a resident permit from the council.

It's not a party flat but I am pretty sociable and like having friends round for a chilled night in quite often. If you're fairly laid-back and sociable I think we'll get on well.

Looking to share with a young professional who is sociable but not needy i. e someone to have a chat to in the evenings and cook with sometimes but someone who is equally happy doing their own thing. Im offering a six month let initially but if we click and it's all going well then happy to extend this for as long as needed for the right housemate!! Ultimately I'd like to find someone I get on well enough with to consider a friend :)
