1 single room available in a 3 bedroom house
I advertised the room on Friday and have had over 100 responses so it may take a while to get back
I bought the house a few years ago and am saving up the money to have it refurbished next year. So I have been renting out out 1 of the rooms. My last lodger is now travelling and so the room is available.
The house has a large garden so is ideal for someone who wants some outside space. The kitchen and bathroom are pretty basic but the lounge is a good size. The house needs a lot of work which is why the rent is a little cheaper.
All bills are included including Council tax, Wifi, Netflix etc.
I work at a London University, which means that the house is pretty vacant during the day and is great for someone who is studying and is looking for somewhere quiet to focus on their studies.
The house is within walking distance of the 2 Hospitals, Brighton train station and the University of Brighton. The University of Sussex and the falmer campus are a cycle ride away.
My home is peaceful, respectful and friendly. I always take good care of the places I live and value living with like-minded folk who are considerate and reasonably tidy. I could also do with someone who can play with the cat and feed the fox when I am away.
