ME
I work out of town throughout the week (Mon-Thur) so the flat will predominantly be yours throughout the working week.

YOU
I would expect the lodger to treat the place with respect and ensure it was always left tidy and clean. It is a good environment for a professional who commutes weekly and is independent and trustworthy.

FLAT
The flat is a ground floor flat in a traditional converted house in Brighton.
-The flat has two bedrooms, each bedroom has its own shower, and there is a 'shared' toilet (however I am away all week so its basically yours).
-The lounge and kitchen is open-plan with a breakfast bar for completing work and TV with HDMI input.
-The kitchen has a washer drier as well as the standard utensils.
-The internet is 25mbps.
-USB and 3-pin plugs throughout.
-Bills: approx £120pm (less if Mon-Fri let)
-The flat is minimalist, modern and kept tidy.

ROOM
The room is a double bedroom painted grey and white. It has blackout blinds, a private shower, wardrobe and a heated towel rail. The room has a lock on the door.
