Hello,

We have a single bedroom available to rent from early January in a beautiful sunny flat in Elm Grove.
You'll have access to a fully furnished kitchen and living room with an open fire.

There is super-fast broadband, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher and other white goods and appliances (apart from a microwave).

The bedroom is the lightest room in the flat with a large window that overlooks the street. It has a new expandable (Ikea) day bed, built-in storage, chest of drawers, desk and chair. We can provide duvets, pillows and linens if needed.


The flat has plenty of built-in storage and a small spare room which we use to store bulky stuff, like luggage, and also to hang laundry to dry.

We are well connected to local buses (24 hours in and out of the city) including no. 25 that goes directly to the universities, in addition to being a 20 minute walk to the central train station. We also have space for secure bike storage.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, the broadband and council tax, as well as washing up liquid and loo roll (to make things easier :))

You'd be flat-sharing with me,
a female professional in mid 30s working in international development, and Lilo who is also a professional in her late 20s.
The flat is really lovely, clean, tidy and relatively quiet. It’s a real home.
