Double bedroom available in friendly Hanover home

How the room looks with furniture/sparkle!

Hello,

We currently have a cosy double bedroom available in our Hanover house share. We are 3 young professionals in our mid-late twenties looking for a friendly and sociable person to join us in our house long term.

The room is £350pcm (excluding bills) with a deposit of £465. The room comes with a double mattress should you need it.

The house has a shared kitchen and living room area, along with a nice little patio garden. There is also a bathroom and second toilet which is shared between 3 housemates.

The house is in a great area of town. It’s a 5 minute walk to London Road and 15 minute walk to Brighton Train Station. Our road is parking zone V.

We pay our utility bills and tv license quarterly, and pay internet and council tax monthly which is all split 4 ways.

We are looking for someone clean and considerate to join our home. We like to keep the house tidy as we enjoy relaxing together in the front room and cooking in our spare time.
