Stanley Street is a peaceful road just on the southeastern edge of the popular Hanover district of Brighton, five minutes' from Queens Park and walking distance from the town centre. There are plenty of buses nearby to all parts of the city.

The room is on the top floor so very private and quiet. It is bright and spacious, with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe space, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and is fully carpeted. There are windows front and back so it gets lots of light.

In addition it has its own small en suite bathroom which at present has a sink and bath, (a toilet will be installed soon).

Downstairs are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. And on the ground floor an open plan sitting room, kitchen and little patio garden.

All in all it is a really comfortable house - not large, but charming and well-furnished.

Ideally I would like someone who is either at work or college during the day and who is respectful of privacy around the house.
