We have a small double unfurnished room available in our 3 bed shared town house in very central Brighton.
The location is mega convenient: 3 mins to the sea and the same to Western Road and Churchill sq. The other strong positive that due to living in a gated courtyard there is a parking space.
The current housemates are Jing and Miguel, both professionals working in hospitality and Marketing.
We would prefer to have someone working full time from late 20’s till mid 40’s quite independent as we are. The price is £520 per month (+bills).
