We have a large, bright double room to rent which is fully furnished with king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also included in the room is a sofa and TV with sky channels.. The room is double aspect and is light, airy and warm. Although not ensuite, the room has exclusive access to a large size bathroom next door with bath, brand new shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom to rent is on the ground floor and has direct access to the rear garden.

This room would suit a professional individual working in BRIGHTON or the surrounding areas with easy access to A23 and A27. Alternatively for a Master’s, Phd student or researcher access to the university would be 20 minutes by bus followed by 6 minutes on the train from BRIGHTON station. Alternatively, Preston Park station is a 30 minute walk or 12 minute cycle.

Our house is on the 27 bus route into Brighton Station and the City Centre. We are also walking distance to beautiful walking routes.

We are a married couple whose daughter is currently on a gap year. We have two lovely dogs who are very friendly. We are both self employed.

We are looking for a professional individual or Masters, PHD or research student to live in our home.
