I am looking for someone to move into my spare double room due to my old house mate moving to be closer to work.
Most of the time you will be just sharing with me, a male 37 year old masters student . Also, my 13 year old daughter spends a lot of weekends and large part of the holidays staying in the house (she is super chilled).
It would be nice to have a housemate who is easy to get on with, happy to share in the housework and, above all else, be conscious of when my daughter is in the house.
The house itself is lovely and located 1 min walk away from Preston Circus on a quiet residential street. The bedroom is a medium sized double and there is plenty of shared living space. Also, being a house, it comes with a garden.
Rent is 650 pcm, all bills included.
