The room is a spacious double room in a three bed house share in Hanover. It's a short walk from Queens park & the level and about 15 minutes from Brighton train station.

It comes fully furnished including bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and shelves,

The house has three floors, with this bedroom situated at the top of the house next to one of the other bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room which also leads out to a small garden. The bathroom is also large with a bath/shower.

The current housemates are Jack and Chris, two really laid-back guys who both work full-time, so the property would be suited to another working professional.

Bills aren't included and the landlady does request a UK guarantor to be able to move in to the house. She doesn't ask for a deposit but does ask for the first 2 months rent up front.
