Double room available to rent in house-share with 3 other professionals. Housemates are aged 29 to 33, 2 guys and 1 girl, and all working full-time in Brighton with various working patterns (so you're guaranteed a little time to yourself in the house every so often).

Looking for someone working full-time of a similar age, who is easy going and tidy.

The room comes unfurnished and is available from 1 July (flexible on start date if needed).

The house has a sunny garden, large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. It's just off Lewes Road, in a quiet road. There is permit parking outside the house.

Rent is £400 a month, not including bills. Bills are around £85 per month (council tax, broadband, water, gas, elec).

The deposit is £500, payable to the letting agents Spark and Sons. The letting agents are fairly efficient, and the landlord is lovely. He's always very quick to fix any issues.

The local pub is the Martha Gun, which is lovely, and Sainsbury's is a 5-minute walk away.
