The house is spacious, there's an open lounge/kitchen, which is a great social space. There's 2 showers & 2 toilets, a large hallway with space for bikes, 2 fridge freezers, a washing machine. Room is furnished.
Rent is £489 a month + (cheap) bills. You do need a UK homeowner to be your guarantor. The contract is for 6 months (with potential to renew for additional years), deposit is 5 weeks rent.
We're a film maker, web developer and teachers.
We're looking for a young professional who's friendly, laid back and keen to live in a shared house and be part of the household!
