I am advertising a 2nd bedroom for rent at £700pcm. This will include all the bills such as council tax, broadband, gas, electric and water.

The room is available to view immediately and will be available to move into as of the 1st of June. This property is managed by an Estate Agent, King & Chasemore so a reference and credit check will be required and eligibility for this property will be carried out by them. Please feel free to ask any questions.

The room itself is a great size with plenty of space for a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and also includes a built-in shelf space. It is located upstairs next to the other double bedroom.

Down on the ground floor is the shared Living room, Kitchen and Bathroom. There is plenty of scope in the rooms for you to put your own stamp on the home.

For Drivers, Parking is available but by permit only in Zone V, this can be applied for through the council and cost me around £120 for the year.

I'm looking for a housemate who is like minded to myself. Male preferably, but not compulsory. someone who is LGBT friendly and someone who is a professional but not too serious as I love to have a laugh.
I'd also like someone who respects the house, the odd gathering for drinks is absolutely fine and you're more than welcome to bring friends over. Out of courtesy we would communicate and let each other know what was happening and who was visiting. This will work both ways of course.
House parties in the early hours will not be feasible as we have neighbours to consider.

To summarise someone who is chilled and considerate would make the perfect housemate for me. Someone sociable and not locked in their room 24/7 would be great as it's nice to get to know each other and get along!

Lastly one more thing to consider is I work night shifts. anywhere between the hours of 10pm to 8am. This means that I tend to sleep between 9am to 5pm. Living with someone who works those hours is perfect since it means we won't be disturbing each others sleep. Again however this is not compulsory but preferable.
