Room available in a ground floor 2 bed flat, great central location, near the Level and London Road, close to London Road and Central Brighton train stations and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Shared space - Large kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Shower room and a separate toilet. Large living room and hallway, the hallway is large enough for you to park a bike inside. There are two small balcony spaces off the kitchen and living room - good for watching squirrels and foxes. There is also a small hot tub on the balcony that you are welcome to use.

I’m a 42 year old professional, and student, I work for a charity and study Public Health MSc at Brighton & Sussex Medical School. I work from home weekdays.

My dog is a friendly old lady, she likes lots of love, walks and long naps.

I’m relaxed and sociable, I like having friends over for food (when possible), I also enjoy walking and cycling, camping and being outdoors. I am a vegetarian and non smoker.

I’m not fussy about cleaning but I do like to maintain a basic level of cleanliness.

I’m looking for a flat mate who is friendly, sociable, non smoking, vegetarian, professional, someone who will pitch in with household tasks and cleaning shared spaces. I would prefer to share with woman, trans, non binary and/or queer person.

You must be dog friendly and be happy to help out with the dog if needed.

Rent is £450 pcm and includes all bills and council tax.

My dog is very friendly with other dogs, so I would be happy if you had a dog but she cannot share with cats or small animals.
