Beautiful garden ensuite with own living room

The space comprises of your own ensuite bedroom and private living room. The rooms can come as partially furnished or unfurnished, this is up to you. This is a rented house and I as we have waved off our previous housemates I am looking for someone to join a new lease with me so you do need to be prepared to go through the usual referencing/deposit procedures with our agent.

We are in the middle of the city, 10 minutes walk from Brighton seafront, 10 minutes walk from Brighton train station, 10 minutes walk from the North laine! For students studying the farmer campus there is a 25 bus that goes from 2 mins away straight to the uni.
Perfect for people who are working or studying in Brighton city centre or commuting to London, there are shops, restaurants and cafes all around.
The bedroom is a long and spacious room with a window looking out into the peaceful courtyard, private bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink. The living room is to the front of the house and has a great desk/storage space for those working/studying from home.
You'll also have the use of the courtyard and of course the kitchen dining room too.

You will be sharing with me, Maya, my 8 year old son Freddie and our dog Nala. We have our rooms on the second floor but do make use of the shared kitchen and outdoor space. Your rooms would be on the ground floor, so you would have a spacious and quite private area to yourself. I'm looking for someone who is respectful of their environment, tolerant of small children and dogs and who is looking for a permanent(lease length is a year, extension can be discussed) Brighton home.
