A massive double room in the aptly named Buckingham Place right next to Seven Dials! All the rooms in this massive house are large and bright. The ceilings are high and the windows are huge allowing bright light to fill every part of the house.

The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking at any time. Watching the day’s light change on the trees etc is very calming and atmospheric.
Everyday you wake to lots of light and will never feel claustrophobic in the room!
The room is furnished so there is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and double bed.

There are three toilets, one shower and one large bathroom with a beautiful big bath. Perfect for a relaxing self care evening.
The living room is perfect for a large or intimate gathering and the wall is wide enough to project movies!
The garden is lush and spacious. Lots of places to sit down with mates and relax in the sun. There is even a delightful little grotto where you can sit in and watch the rain!

It’s an all girls house so be prepared for some friendliness! However if you are a working professional they are all nice young women so will have no problem respecting your responsibilities and wellbeing.

The location is superb; being 5 minutes away from Brighton station and a short walk into town or London Road. On top of that, it is 2 minutes away from the Seven Dials shops such as the Co op.

I highly recommend this room! I hope the next tenant loves it just as much!
The area is beautiful and very peaceful. It feels serenely separate from the hectic bustle of inner Brighton and would be lovely for anyone looking to complete a relaxed and wholesome summer.
