I am semi retired but very active live in landlady with experience of having had a variety of lodgers.

I am the third flat mate the form refers to.

I have my own loft bedroom at the top of the house so any lodger would have exclusive use of a large bathroom on the first floor

I live in a terraced house in residential pleasant area of Fiveways in Brighton, an area well served by buses, shops, small restaurants and coffee shops.

I am looking for either one or two professional or student ( language) lodgers on a five day Monday to Friday basis. Am seeking female lodgers who will be out working or studying for most of the week.

These lets could be either short term or long term in nature - depending on how they work out. My most recent lodger was with me for 6 months .

Brighton has very tight parking restrictions so non resident parking is not really an option.
