Large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of storage space
Good size living room with great natural light
Second toilet downstairs
There is also space to store bicycles inside the house

There is on street parking right outside but this is Brighton so will need a permit

Looking for (semi) professional, relaxed, non-cigarette-smoking, like minded (whatever that means) adult to move in.. I guess 🤷‍♂️

No students or couples (sorry!)

I’m 30 years old, easy going, not so good at describing myself
Musician and barista/chef are my jobs

The rent is £600 with all bills included (council tax, water, fast WiFi, gas and electric)

Move in date 1st August
One months deposit and first months rent up front
