Simple room in family home with stunning views

Located 10 minutes walk from Brighton university's Cockcroft building.
This is a simply furnished room, located at the back of the house with a large window overlooking the roof terrace and garden. Parking is free and there is a regular bus service to central Brighton. The train station is 15 minutes walk.
We are seeking a relaxed lodger (preferably a Christian) who is tidy. Likes to laugh and doesn't mind a noisy household. We are a Caribbean family of 5 aged 20-50+. We keep a reasonably tidy house and we all chip in to clean. We like to socialise, None of us work 9-5 so on the occasions we're together we can be loud. (Especially if we're talking about Marvel!)
We have had lodgers for over 20 years so we're pretty good at this and we've had a variety of ages and personalities, most of whom still stay in touch
We welcome students and professionals. Absolutely no smokers or drug users. We are a fairly tidy bunch and so we'd appreciate someone who can clean up after themselves. We are all Christians so you need to be ok with that.
