I have 2 rooms to rent on the top floor of a large victorian terraced house. 1 room is a large double the other a single. This advert and price is for the larger room only. If you require both rooms the price is an extra £130/week for the other room, then you have the whole top floor.

I am an interior designer and stylist and I live with my daughter.

Lovely room with fantastic views. Very peaceful. Use of big modern kitchen, garden and bathroom with large bath and shower. I’ve got a kingsize bed plus a single bed as the room is really big and I thought the extra bed is great for hanging out on. There are 2 wardrobe spaces, 2 chest of drawers and a lovely vintage desk. There is a loo and sink outside the room which is very private.

The kitchen is big and I can give you storage space and a fridge for your own use.

All bills are included and there is wifi. I am looking for someone who is friendly, sociable but also likes their own space.

The house is 5 mins up the hill above The Level, in an area called Roundhill. Its 15 mins walk to The North Laines. There are some nice local pubs and a good local shop nearby. It is about a 20 second walk from the bus stop.
Its a nice area not far from town.

I am looking for someone to take the rooms asap.
