Sunny furnished room (bills included) in Hanover

Hi there. I’m 27, moved to Brighton in the spring and have a spare room up for grabs.

My boyfriend lives here too, but is away quite a bit with work. So you’d need to be cool with living with a couple. We also have a British Shorthair cat called Peach (you can admire her @peachthepuddycat).

The bathroom is shared, and recently refurbished. There is a second bathroom upstairs in our room (without shower - yet).

I work from home mostly for now (9-5, in my office room) so enjoy getting out for the beach / brunch / pub and all the usual things. Love cooking and enjoying food / drinks with people.

Queen’s Park is just around the corner. North Laine, the beach and station are all walking distance from the flat (all about 20 mins).

I like to keep the place tidy so looking for someone who will do the same.
