Double Room in Central Brighton (Unfurnished)

We're looking for a third person to move in to our third floor flat in central Brighton, as one of our flatmates is moving out. The room is an unfurnished double with its own en suite shower. Toilet and sink are in their own room and shared with one other flatmate.

We are on the main road within a 5 minute walk of a local Sainsbury's and the big Morrison's on St. James St. Our living room has lovely views of the Pavilion. The room is in the back of the flat, away from the road so road noise is minimal.

We have a huge shared living room, a kitchen with a fridge, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine.

The entrance hall and stairways for the whole building have recently been redecorated with new carpet and paint.

We're looking for someone who is laid back, friendly, keeps common areas tidy and clean and does their fair share of the housework.

Current flatmates:

Willow is a trans woman who plays lots of board and card games and likes stories in all forms - novels, comics, TV, movies, etc. She also plays Roller Derby and is Canadian and Jewish.

Bec is a nurse who loves exploring all the eateries that Brighton has to offer, especially anywhere selling ramen or pie! On a day off she likes reading with a nice cup of tea or strolling to the beach as it's so close!

Monthly bills - water and heating are included in the rent. Electric, council tax, internet and washing machine rental come to about £70/month
